Shipping
All merchandise will be shipped the fastest, most economical method, usually USPS Priority Mail (approximately 3 - 4 days), unless you specify USPS Express (1 - 2 days). Shipping charges are specified and due upon order placement. If overnight delivery is required, please contact us through email or phone as early as possible the prior day and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Returns
Absolutely no items may be returned for any reason without prior authorization. A handling and restocking fee of 20% will be charged on parts returned for credit or refund unless defective, as determined by Ti64. All returned items must include the reason for return and a copy of the applicable invoice. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded or returned. We will not pay shipping for the return of any product back to us. We will not accept merchandise for credit after 30 days from original date of shipment. Non-stocking merchandise (some fastener products as well as Ti64 clevises, threaded tube adapters, double adjusters, etc.) cannot be returned.
